as for today since next month im going to go back to have strict discipline on food and fitness, so i feel like why dont i share about the goodness in consuming CHIA SEED.
But WHY CHIA SEED??? 😏💅
for my very own self, it so difficult to consume any supplement (sebab tak pernah jumpa yg sesuai). and that is why i am choosing to have chia seed. Chia seed are sooooooo easy to eat with any kind of food, drink with any kind of beverage and also to bring it anywhere anytime. 😉😉😉
